We have common/contract carrier authority for all 48 states with $1,000,000 liability and $100,000 cargo coverage. Enclosed is a copy of our insurance certificate, ICC Authority and W-9.

Before your load is picked up, we request a signed confirmation sheet from your company listing rate, any load or reference numbers required, pick-up locations, additional stops and the final destination. Our payment terms are net 30 days. If there are any damages or refused product, missing signatures, etc., our office will contact you immediately.
