It is our mission to provide the best in customer service for the best price in the transportation industry while maintaining an environment of honesty, integrity, and value for customers, carriers, agents, and employees.
Our Story
Trust Services, Inc. was established on Labor Day of ‘94 by Randy and Beverly Tittle. They started the business in their home in Watkinsville, GA in a 7 x 12 storage room with a computer, fax machine and a three-line phone with a handful of customers.
They worked hard for many, many years establishing wonderful working relationships with new and existing customers. They grew their agent network beautifully. Trust Services, Inc. grew from having just one agent, Randy, to a team of hard-working and dedicated agents who represented our company with integrity, honesty and Christian values.
In August of 2000, TSI Express, Inc. was born. This was going to be the start of the trucking side of our company. Many of our customers require that we own our equipment. This was a wonderful way to expand our customer network. We started out by purchasing a 2000 Freightliner with the 2001 Great Dane 53-foot reefer trailer. Today, we have a fleet of trucks leased on to us.
Randy and Beverly were the founders and owners of Trust Services, Inc. and TSI Express, Inc. for 13 years. Their intentions when starting the company was to keep the business in the family. After training and working with their daughter, Roslyn Ruffner and their son-in-law, Tommy Ruffner for many years, they felt it was time to sell and retire. They sold their company to their daughter, Roslyn, and her husband, Tommy, back in December of ‘07.
As we grow, we constantly remind ourselves of our very humble beginnings. We count our blessings daily. Hence, we do not take one agent or one customer for granted. They are the foundation to our existence.
We promise to not only provide you with the best service possible that you expect from a large corporation, but promise to perform with what our reputation stands for: integrity and professional results that you expect from a family-owned, Christian-based company.
