After many months, if not years, in the making, Trust Services, Inc. announces the implementation of our new carrier contract and new, and improved, QuickPay options.
Our new Broker-Motor Carrier Agreement is based directly on the contract devised by "TIA":http://www.tianet.org/am/template.cfm?section=Home.com (Transportation Intermediaries Association) with slight modifications specific to our company. In conjunction with brokers, 3PL’s, carriers, and attorneys, TIA devised this contract to better reflect the issues affecting our changing industry. This contract better affords both parties, Trust Services and our carriers, coverage for issues that may arise. With new legal challenges arising in our industry, we believe a contractual agreement that is beneficial to all parties will enable us to offer a better product to our carriers and customers alike.
In addition, we have substantially improved our QuickPay options for our carriers. In order to assist our carriers in these financially difficult times, we have enacted new QuickPay options. We have had many inquiries concerning an accelerated payment program from numerous carriers. After extensive review, we listened! Our carriers now have choices to assist them in meeting their financial requirements.
